You can read this comic even if you can't read Japanese! How? By using a fan script or a fan synopsis. A script translates every word balloon. A synopsis just gives you an overview of each story's plot. Since you're buying a legal copy of the manga, you aren't breaking any laws by doing this. (Of course, once a company produces an English language version of this comic, buying the English version of the comic would be a good idea. Not only would it be easier than reading the script, it would also be encouraging English translations of manga.)
I bought my copies of this manga at Kinokunia bookstore in San Francisco and at Nikaku Animart in San Jose. I think they cost about $8 each.
Oh yeah, if you're new to manga, I should warn you: Most of each manga book is printed in black & white. This isn't as pretty as color, but does allow some dramatic compositions.
