Why are letters better than e-mail, faxes, or phone calls? Because they are taken much more seriously. It is easy to delete e-mail or forget a phone call, but it is not as easy to ignore a letter. If you are concerned that Buena Vista won't receive or read it, ask your post office about sending it as Registered Mail with a Return Receipt.
