Meredith looked around her in wonder as they walked into the tube station. She had never seen anything like it. Well, not in real life anyway. "Where are we going?" Susanne smiled and said only "You'll see."

"Well you could at least tell me who that HOT guy is that is so concerned with your welfare... and why you seem to be annoyed with his presence." Meredith shot Roger a coy glance, but he didn't notice. "I mean, if you don't want him..."

"He's my Guardian, and OFF LIMITS!!!"

"Okay, okay, but what's a Guardian?"

"You mean you don't know?"

"Why would I?"

"Bu- Hammersp-" Susanne was now baffled. "You've got to be an Otaku too, right? You have to be. You've got a HammerSpace."

"You mean that void where I can stash stuff? Yeah, I guess, but I'm not quite sure why or where it came from... I just discovered it one day after dreaming about it. What's an Otaku? Wait..." Meredith's voice trailed off as the dreams seemed to fit into place all of a sudden.
