The Rabbit and the Lion
Part 1
Drip.... Drip.... Drip.


The water drops fell on the girl's face, causing her 


eyes to flutter open. She was cold and hungry. She 


didn't even know where she was. Her gloved hands 


felt the dampness on the floor she was lying on. 


In fact, the whole room was damp and smelly. She 


tried to get to her feet but she a sharp pain in her 


right ankle made her unable to stand. She quickly sat 


back down back on the wet floor. She could feel her 


sailor suit getting wet from the dampness on the floor. 


She pulled her knees up to her face and rested her 


chin on them. 'Where am I?' she thought to herself. 


She looked up and could see an opening in the ceiling. 


The Moon and the stars were visible through the opening. 


It was so beautiful. She started to shiver. It was 


getting cold down where she was. The girl wondered 


where the other Sailor Scouts were. Then she realized 


something; she didn't remember how she got down here. 


She looked around her surrounds, but it was to dark 


to see anything. Plus, the moon's light wasn't helping 


either.



Sailor Moon suddenly felt something else in the room 


with her. She couldn't tell what it was. She looked 


straight ahead and the moonlight started to shin on 


something in the hole that was in front of her. About


ten ft. away. She could see two gold dots staring at 


her. Sailor Moon noticed they were eyes, but eyes to 


what? The moon's light started to move very slowly, 


making the thing hiding in the hole more visible to 


see. Suddenly Sailor Moon could see a nose, mouth, 


and whiskers of the stranger or cat? The light continued 


to move and should more of the cat. It started to move


forward towards the sailor scout. Sailor Moon could see 


the cat, now lion was wearing cold armor on his head, 


body, and legs. Sailor Moon was terrified, she tired to 


get up but forgot her ankle was still in pain. The lion 


continued to advance towards her. Now Sailor Moon was 


pale because of how terrified she was. She got to her 


feet knowing her right ankle was still in pain. The 


lion was inches away from her now. She was so scared


that she couldn't move. Sailor Moon was so scared 


that she fainted on the floor next to the lion. The 


lion sniffed at her and lied down next to her.
