Outward Personality:From what his subordinates see, Karl is a very calm, his statements seemless and without second thought, and altogether in control kind of guy. Much like Aya, he seems to know what's going on, and finds it hard to lose his cool about ANYTHING! He is confidence incarnate, he knows the score, what to say, what to do, and knows he can do it without a hitch.

Inward Personality:Karl is a power junkee, pure and simple. His subterfuge goes back years, including gaining the recognition of no less than 23 thrid world countries and bringing them eventually to sound economies and high degrees of nationalism. His mastery of human chess on both the individual and geopolitical scale knows absolutely no bounds. Now, granted the helm of the UN's most hush-hush venture, his craving has now been satiated to the point of paranoid meglomania. He cares nothing for the UN, or the world at large, only for the recognition and rush of power he will recieve once he turns the Project, it's workers, and it's test subjects into his ultimate tool of intimidation. He doesn't want to be heralded as master of the world. It's just that the world is one big Monopoly board to him...

and he just wants to have the satisfaction of knowing HE broke the bank.....
