Note:This was also concieved by Rei_chan. While I really don't think anyone can call "Complex Thoughts" a Shojou with a straight face, it does nonetheless has many of the elements, especially in regards to Sasa/Aya and Dr. Musashi/Ms. Kanamemi. Thus, I include this piece about the physics of anime romance and love...

1. A girl's first kiss is always a big deal! Supposedly the idea is a girl's first kiss is suppose to be from her true love. The one with whom she will end up living happily ever after.

2. Okay sure that's neat so how do you know if it's true love to know if you should kiss the guy? Well if it's for real there will be a breeze blowing and it will gently blow your and his hair about. (it does not matter if you are inside a building, I think the air conditioning unit will really start blasting out the air because no matter what that breeze thing will happen.)

3. Any emotional moment may be accompanied by psychadelic backgrounds.

4. If plot important the heroine will faint. This will most likely be blamed on anemia. And of course she will wake up in the nurses office with her boyfriend in the room. This may lead to a kiss (see number 1)

5. The other way to wind up in the nurses office is a sporting injury. So watch out during gym class because being hit on the head with a basketball or running into a pole is not as uncommon as you would think. (see number 4)

6. Public displays of affection are considered shocking! They should be avoided but somehow it just never works out that way.

7. If you're talking with your soulmate in a public place, and a loud sustained noise (from a passing train, helicopter, jackhammer, etc.) causes you to be unable to hear part of what he/she is saying, do *not* ask him/her to repeat what they just said like a sensible person would. Instead, guess what they said, in such a way that causes the maximum amount of misunderstanding between you and your partner.

8. Along those lines if there is a conversation, or a part of a conversation, that would cause trouble if it were overheard rest assured it will be overheard by everybody (or possibly broadcast over the school public announcement system).

9. If you must confess your love it is required that you find the most awkward moment,way and place to do such.

10. Breaking up will be terrible but on the bright side your ability at your favor sport will improve dramatically when you do break up. Of course while your in a relationship your sporting ability takes a dive possibly because you can't concentrate on the ball and must instead think of your true love. But once that nonsense is over you can easily win Wimbleton by having a breakup the night before the big match.
