Age:12
PSI Phenomenon:Subconcious Tapping; Mitsumi has the ability to severly screw with people's perceptions in the ID portion of the brain. She can send any matter of messages or illusions to people at will, and can do even worse if the target is asleep! In fact, in this state Mitsumi has total control.
Outward Appearence:Thought she's 12, Mitsumi's white hair and worn out look suggest she's been though hell and back 19 times if not more.
Outward Personality:Even more so than Aya, Mitsumi has a blank, silent look when seen. This is for a good reason, since she has retreated into her own catatonic world. The vast majority of her time is spent in a foetal position clutching her favorite rag doll and simply staring out into nothing.
Inward Personality:Mitsumi's mind has been shattered into several hundred pieces, and she's barely hanging on to what's still intact. To her, only an illusionary world is real enough to warrant reaction. Everyone in the real world is either ignored or to be fled from, except for Aya.
Background:Mitsumi was the second test subject behind Aya. Like Aya, she was victimized very young, but chose to retreat and regress as a means of handling it. Mitsumi's parents are actually delinquent and submitted her to an institutional care at age 5 once they realized they couldn't handle her, where she was sexually assaulted by one of the interns. Her doctor was actually the one who turned her into Project Orpheus in hopes that the medical personnel there could somehow tap into the root of the problem and bring little Mitzi out of her state. So far, though, she has retreated even further in fear.
She will, however, communicate with Aya!
Almost as a sort of mother-child relationship, Aya daily comes to her room and gets her to talk a little about her dreams and what she sees. Aya, it seems, has become her doctor now, but even she hasn't made much progress yet.
