Well, I finally got the opportunity to go over Hanagumi Tsushin and
Steam Radio Show, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised!

I've gone through Hanagumi Tsushin a few times, and it's definitely
worth the $25. There are two parts: The first part is a digital newspaper,
similar to a web site. (One question: does HT utilize the MPEG card if
present? The first time you start after booting up, the "host" Hanagumi
member says something about a video card. Does anyone know what it is?)

the disc up; i.e. your "host")

The second part is set up like the second floor of the Theater. By
visiting the six Hanagumi members' rooms, the terrace, parlor, and library,
you can see interviews with the seiyuu of the Hanagumi and Yuri, Kasumi,
and Tsubaki! This was a real treat for me, because I've always wondered
what they looked like and what their normal voices were. Michie Tomizama
especially was a nice surprise. Very Sumire-type! "Oh ho ho ho ho ho!" ^_^

I haven't really gone through much of Steam Radio Show yet. From what I
can tell, there are a lot of movie clips from the live action musical. The
"Radio Show" part is like a mini-scenario. You get to choose on of the
Hanagumi as a DJ, and you go through the standard LIPS interaction. Each
member has a new minigame, and there's a poetry minigame, where Sakura
reads part of a poem and you have to choose the right phrase to complete
it. I'm pretty sure that all of this (and more, of course) is on the first
disc, because I don't think I've touched the second disc yet. I may have
seen only about 20-30% of everything in Steam Radio Show.

To sum up, Hanagumi Tsushin is almost everything you could ask for in a
fan disc. It's definitely worth the money, and it even comes with something
that looks like a Valentine's Day card. Steam Radio Show looks good from
what I've seen, and its price has been lowered by $10 to $39 at ncsx.com
and therage.com, so it's probably worth the money as well. I recommend HT
wholeheartedly, and I don't think SRS will disappoint either.

Oh, by thw way, Virtual Idols has a good page on the Kayou Zenshu 2. See:

Hope this helps.
