NEKO HANTEN'S DEADLY NOODLES
NEKO HANTEN'S DEADLY NOODLES (Tendou Akane's Chow Mein):
Straight out of Volume 31. Maybe you'll get to eat a Heavenly Supreme Power Noodle if you eat enough of it. The fastest known cooked meal to date, except for Shotgun (UrotsukiDoji) Macaroni.
Typical Stupid Ingredients:
- Tendou Akane's Stir Fry leftovers:
- This is the previous recipe. You can also use leftover Chinese fast food. Use the really cheap stir fry kind.
- 2 bags of freeze dried ramen:
- Get the really cheap kind. Remember, this is an Asian meal, so get the "Oriental Flavor."
- Regular stupid oil, or Tenchi Muyou oil:
- Your pick. Tenchi Muyou oil has strange, but fun, effects.
- Spice Rack, to taste:
- Try to pick the Asian or spicy ones. Y'know, garlic, ginger, or pepper.
E-Z steps:
- Make the ramen according to the package. Yes, you cook both packages at once.
- You just made RAMEN, which theoretically can be eaten normally. But why would you want that? Drain all the liquid and set it aside. Some folks actually drink the soup, so if you're really hungry, I guess you can save it.
- Put oil in a frying pan/wok. Heat on medium high heat, until it gets hot. Hot oil makes nifty swirly patterns in the liquid.
- Throw the noodles in the frying pan. Also, put your leftovers in
there, too. You can add Spice Rack to taste.
- Stir it around and around, like a stir fry. You're in the process of making the cheapest, pseudo chow-mein on the planet. If you're too slow, that's okay. You'll end up making some of the noodles crispy (if you used enough oil). This is actually a trademark sign of a culinary
expert. My mom will call this "searing." As I sear all my meals, I am a Culinary Genius.
- As the meal is already cooked, you only cook it long enough to make the food hot. You can eat it straight out of the pan, like I do, to avoid washing dishes. Be sure to make *gafu gafu* sounds like when Ranma eats.
