Ukyou's Okonomiyaki Recipe Home Page

Welcome to Ukyou's kitchen! Here, you can learn how to cook Ukyou's specialty, okonomiyaki! What is okonomiyaki, you ask? Well, you could say that it is a Japanese pancake, except it is much more versatile than a pancake!

The recipes:

There are three recipes for you to choose from:

• The first recipe is an easy one, with ingredients that you can find in any store near you.
• The second recipe from Ichinohei Hitomi is a bit more complicated, with ingredients that you will need to go to your local Chinese or Japanese supermarket to buy, but which is worth it. It includes a recipe for a sweet sake sauce!
• The third recipe from Kenton Green is somewhere between recipies one and two in terms of complication.
• The fourth recipe is lost somewhere in my email!
• The fifth recipe from Stephanie is for those who like the feeling of a critical parent looking over their shoulder as they cook.
