Seitaro Sakaki: (65 years) - A veteran Engineer, chief of the maintenance squad. He is the only one who understands the strategies of Goto
Shigeo: Sakaki's number one scholar, he is a real authority in labors
Shinobu Nagumo: Vice-inspector, captain of the first squad. She is always against Goto's ideas
Kiichi Goto: Vice-inspector, captain of the second squad. Nobody knows anything about his past. It is impossible to understand what he is thinking, however he is clever enough to command the second squad rookies
Asuma Shinohara: (19 years) - Agent. He is the only son of the president of Shinohara Industries; he hates his father because he was obliged by him to enter in the labors squad. He is Noa's captain
Noa Izumi: Main character - (19 years) - Agent. She loves labor and she is the pilot of the first vehicle, called Alphonse as her dog. She is always full of joy.
Isao Ota: (24 years) - Agent. Pilot of the second labor. He is very clever but he use labor's guns way too much
Clancy Kanuka: (19 years) - Agent and New York police officer. A beautiful and intelligent japanese woman. Ota's captain
Mikiyasu Shinshi: (27 years) - Agent. Computer expert. He is the only married second squad member
Hiromi Yamazaki: (21 years) - Agent. Too big to enter in a labor. He works in the logistic section. His hobbies are needlework and cooking although he is sly too
