Hey, that's not so long. Anyway, real life stuff is interesting too.

Guess I'll go next.

Following mp's precedent: I'm 20 years old as well, attend the State
University of New York at Buffalo, majoring in Bio and minoring in
Philosophy, yada yada yada. ;)
I bought my Saturn about two months ago (I think, I kind of lose track
of time nowadays). Rayearth was the main reason too, but right off the bat
I wanted the import, because the opening totally blew me away. I'be never
been so compelled to buy something in my life. The next few weeks I went
nuts scouring the Internet for the import and MKR merchandise. (I just
ordered the TV 1st season from Kodocha yesterday, woohoo!). Other
contributing factors were the Sakura Taisen series, the Lunar series, and
the bargains on hardware/software.
I just got ST 1 and 2 several weeks ago. I finished ST 1 after many a
clandestine late-night gaming session (I commute so I live with my parents
:P). Unfortunately, due to school, I haven't been able to start ST 2.
Anyway, I'd like to get all the endings to ST 1 first before I begin the
sequel. So try not to spoil things for me, OK people? Hehe, actually I like
spoilers. For some reason they usually don't ruin things for me.
So anyway, without a doubt, ST is the best game I own. The language
barrier wasn't too bad for me, even though I didn't have a clue what was
being said beyond "Arigatou gozaimasu!" Most of the time I made my LIPS
decisions based on the punctuation. It worked fairly well, but of course I
had to use Protect a lot. I've mapped out the LIPS of first three episodes
in a flowchart format pretty thoroughly in case anyone is interested. I
know Ming and some others have already done this, but I think I found a
thing or two that they missed. I'd know for sure if I could read Japanese.
<shrug> It wasn't as cumbersome as I thought, about an hour to get through
a subepisode on average. Might as well be doing something productive while
I go through the game again, eh?
Anyway, enough of that for now. Wouldn't want to tire myself out or
talk anyone's ear off so early.

     Next, please? ^_^

Paul
