My turn:
My name is Chou-Chun Fan, Chou or CC for short. I'm going to be 20 in a couple
of weeks. I go to University of New South Wales in Australia, study electrical
eng, yada, yada, yada. =p
I bought my Saturn on Dec 96 in Hong Kongl, but it was for Virtual On,and
surprise surprise, Sakura Taisen!!! I've already read some stuff on it before
hand, and around that time I've being playing Tokimeki Memorial for the PSX so
I was getting into the love-simulation games. I must admit at first I didn't
really get hooked onto ST when I played the first 2 episodes and I since I
didn't want to finish all of my RPGs and startegy games before I get back to
Aus, I shelfed it for a month or so. But when I get back to Aus, one day I was
a little bored and decided to dig out ST and played it, as soon as I got past
episode 4 I cannot stop playing!!!! So that day I ended up sleeping at 5 in
the morning just so I could finish the game ^_^;;;; Of course on that day I
regreted why I didn't finish the game early so I could've grab my copy of the
vocal CD while I was in HK. ~_~
When I knew ST2 was coming out, 2 month prior to it's release, I went around
asking shops if they would import a copy for me, and of course the limited
edition. What got me was the ignorance of those importers, hardly ANY of them
knew about this great game!!!! But eventually I did get my copy, and good
thing it was the limited edition.
Just like Paul, I didn't know much Japanese, I get by the game with my kanji
(chinese) and experiences from playing other RPG, and most importantly Toki
memo, which gave me some japanese vocabs. But I don't uses any faqs and
walkthroughs, I think they spoil the game. I only read the faqs or
walkthroughs when I want to know the details of the story AFTER I finish the
game.
Okay, I think that's enough from me.
Next please?
Later
