I really hated Sumire, at first, 'casue she seemed like such a snob.
However, the more I read about her, the more I realize that there is a
lot of depth to this character (well, ok, maybe just a few layers ^_^
). She's actually really a nice caring person. She just hides her
deeper feeling behind this facade of snobbery. Of cause, I'm basing my
opinion mainly on two things - the OVA (the first episode) and the scene
(ST1, Episode 8 ?) where we learn what she'd really been doing while the
other members (except Iris) had been training to improve their fighting
skills. There are other incidents, but these two stands out the most in
my mind.

Having said that, I would have to join the DoIris and DoMaria (although,
does Maria really need defenders? She's way too cool a character for
anyone to bash her, right? ^_^) I'll have to admit that it was the Iris
character that first drew me to ST. I saw a picture of Iris in her
uniform, holding Jean-Paul, and instantly fell in "love" with this
character - she's so cute!! Kinda like kittens and puppies and.. yea,
whatever. Iris piqued my interest in the game. And once I started down
the path, there was no turning back...^_^
