Taisen nut who uses Windows (95/98 and maybe 3.1 though I'm not sure) should
have (*cough* Moonprince *cough*).

It's a Sakura Taisen screen sitter. An SD version of Sakura sits on the
window you're currently working on blinking and looking cute. It serves *NO*
purpose other than that! Amazing! "^_-".
Anyways, it's less than 100k unzipped and I think takes up very system
little resources. She comes with two outfits (Her kimono, and her battle
uniform) and you can control where she sits on the top.
The software is normally in Japanese, but some kind soul translated it.
You don't need any Japanese DLLs or a Japanese version of Windows.
Get it now damnit! :P
