You may have also seen Oogami hovering around nearby. I finally found a picture of the other Sakura at fansview.com this morning. I wish I'd been able to catch her in person to take a pic together. Did she sing anything Friday night? >But as for my thoughts of AX... I loved it. I loved it! This was my third AX, and the first one in which I'd dressed up. Geeky or not, cosplay made it sooo much more fun this time around. I also thought the masquerade skits were much more entertaining this year than last. I almost died laughing when Gendo Ikari started getting down with Pen Pen onstage... And the soy sauce vs. ramen fight was, um... original. ;) Oh, and getting stopped for a picture by a Red Co. rep was pretty cool too. :) >> Incidentally, while there I found an American magazine featuring Sakura >> Taisen on the cover. Since the article seemed to be just an overview of why every Saturn owner should buy ST and ST2, I didn't think it was worth the $7.00 or so that this booth wanted for the magazine. The times they are a-changin'. >It was infinately more insane all the time last year when it was *IN* the >hotel. This year they were kinda smart to move it into the convention >center. Yes! I thought it was odd they had this big convention center next door and didn't really make use of it. The dealers' room was so congested and hot last year.
