It's an excellent game...it even rivals FF8 in my book!) Personally, I don't think there's anyway ST is ever going to make it out here, except for maybe NeoGeo Pocket or something...it's viewed as VERY Japanese and is a big risk. Yeah, the anime sold fairly well, but we all know the game is vastly different from the anime, which was an extremely condensed story. Honestly, how much are Americans, other than the otaku audience, going to appreciate Sakura Taisen? Yes, I'd like to see Sakura Taisen make it over here (please God, subtitled, not some god awful dub...and no, sorry, I do NOT think Thousand Arms was decently dubbed), but I'm being a realist. Oh, and I don't think anyone is publishing for the NeoGeo over here other than SNKUSA...I COULD be wrong however. On a lighter note...where were RED at TGS? A friend of mine went there and couldn't find a booth for them or anything. What happened to this big announcement they had planned? The only news I can find on ST3 is that it's in development...well, yeah, we've all known that for a year now! Niki-chan P.S. If any of you frequent RPGFan, I'm now an editor there! Just a little FYI for all of you! ----- Original Message ----- From: Enrico Di Franco
