The oldest SF in the world

At first, we should introduce you the oldest science fiction in the world, named "Taketori monogatari" (may be translated in "the story of bamboo farmer" that is very famous even to be used in text book or picture book for children in Japan. This novel was written in more than one thousand years before and describes a kind of abduction and invasion of aliens. However, it is not similar to abduction which ufologist discuss in these day. In the story, the alien girl from outer space grows up in ancient Japan and finally she goes back to the place (planet) she was from.

In the story, it is described that the aliens uses various kinds of powers, such as paralysis troops, extrasensory perception power to bend the weapons and so on. The extraordinary technology are also be written, for example, inter-planet space ship or a kind of radio.

These are nothing special to the SF fans living in 20 century, however, this story have been written more than ONE THOUSAND YEARS AGO. The idea of the story have been created by the person who living in ancient Japan to be sure. However, can you imagine the man can write such a story without any references ? I repeat persistently that the story was written in 1200 years ago. In those days, the animals such as horses or cattalos were the most powerful device for the human being. No cars, of course no planes were existed but the ancient Japans made up the idea of space ship. Utilitarian space ship are not available even in the 20 century.

Honestly, It cant be believe that this story was written without "reference incident". May be UFO and alien related incident happens in those days. Thus, the writer can made up this story.

The story "Takatori Monogatari" have been written as a kind of love story between the "alien girl" and Japanese aristocrats. It have not been written as a SF book. If you would like to read it, you have to know it.
