X² Image clip features CLAMP's artwork of X manga (early) characters many of which are from the color illustrations in Asuka, the monthly manga magazine in which X is serialized. The images are set to music by the band, X-Japan, hence the name X². The following are the songs which appear in the image clip. (Sorry, songs are not available.)

The song "X" is set to a short but stunning animation for the X movie, premiere showing in Aug 1996. The animation can be downloaded at these sites (dunno if they still work):

This file is about 21MB big.
Also, Mackey Stingray has made the same movie into a 8MB big file in .AVI format. But the site is closing after November 1999...
