FAQ you
1.) Where did you get the images?
I scanned them from the Japanese editions of the X manga. Each volume has a different color scheme and character. The Tarot card is on the inside flap of the dust jacket. Unfortuntately, the American editions don't use the Tarot motif, oddly going with music-themed words as titles instead. (Prelude, Overture, Sonata, Intermission, Duet, etc.)

2.) Where can I get the Tarot deck?
As far as I know, there isn't a deck yet. Clamp has released a deck of Clow Cards from their other series, Card Captor Sakura, so it's entirely possible that they might put out an X Tarot someday. If I hear anything, I'll pass it on.

3.) Where can I get the manga?
Actually, no one's asked me that yet, but you should. X is actually pretty easy to find, since Clamp is so popular. Take a look at the shopping guide on my Anime Links page.

4.) Where fonts did you use and where can I find them?
I tried to use fonts that would reflect the nature of the characters. Now that I've typed it out, I realize I  seem to have leaned towards a Gothic look. ^_^
    title page - Ranegund
    Kamui - Morpheus
    Hinoto - Viking
    Kanoe - Tender
Monou Kyouga - Canuth (i think)
    Seiichiro - Engraver's Gothic
    Kotori - KissMeKissMeKissMe
    Sorata - Visitation
    Yuzuriha - Cat's Meow
    Satsuki - Hacker
Kakyou - Lots of Dead Crack Babies
    Karen - Ogilivie
    Suburu - Sumdumgoi
    Seishiro - Bones

All of these fonts can be found on free download sites on the internet. I took them from various sites, but here are some sites where you'll probably find them.

5.) How do you use Tarot cards?
This is a bit harder to do since the X Tarot is incomplete and still in progress. The most common layout for a Tarot reading is called the Celtic Cross, but you'd really need a full deck. First, you pick a card that represents the person asking the question. Then, you concentrate on the question in your mind while shuffling the cards. You cut the cards, laying out three piles starting from your left. You then pick up the cards from left to right and place them in the following positions.

Handy little diagram
The cards represent the following.
1.) This represents me (or whoever you're reading for.) - The signifier.
2.) This covers me. (This card goes over the signifier card.) -represents the general atmosphere of
            the question asked.
3.) This card crosses me.-- what is opposing you.
4.) This is below me. - the basis of the matter, what you've already experienced.
5.) This is behind me. - A past influence.
6.) This crowns me. - Influences that may occur
7.) This is before me. - An experience that will occur in the future.
8.) This is myself. - This differs from the first card, because the signifier describes the physcial
attributes, like hair/eye color. This position would describe an emotional state, for example
9.) This is my enviroment. - describes friends and family.
10.) These are my hopes and fears.
11.) This is the final outcome. - The card that sums up all the others into one answer.

This is, more or less, how I learned how to do it. If you read different books, you'll find variations in the pattern. Also, there are different layouts as well. It's kind of convoluted here, so I suggest you look at the links, to find better explanations of it.

Something I haven't answered yet, ask.
More questions will be answered as I spread more confusion . . .
