In the beginning of OVA3, after Arslan went to Peshwald and signed the friendship treaty with Shindra, Lord Lucian arrived with his men, at the same time as Zaravant, to offer assistance. He ended up serving in the provisional government Arslan and his advisors had set up in the eastern fort. He was appinted with the highest rank and took care of the ins and out of Prince Arslan's army in the encampment.
