Guru Clef is a Madoushi or what one may call a Master Sorcerer that provides people with magical potential. He is also the supreme Yil or teacher of magic spells. He had promised Princess Emeraude to help lead those from another world to become the Magic Knights and his main role is to serve as an advisor to all.
He does looks like a child, but is actually 745 years old. and he seems to have a short temper. Guru Clef does not seem to realize that Presea and even her twin sister who has taken her place, has developed feelings for him…even Umi. He has this way of being kind and caring that many would find him a wonderful person to be with.
He was the one who helped me and Zagato to train and enhance our potentials and it was he who regretted getting the 3 young girls involved in such a dreadful mishap. But he has carried on and helped Cefiro survive while the Princess was gone. He cares for his followers and students very much and has always found respect in my eyes.
