Well, I looked it up on Jeffrey's Japanese<->English Dictionary Server and
apparently it's a 31-syllable poem. There's a part in Steam Radio Show
where Sakura recites some poetry, and you have to choose (muliple choice)
the best phrase to complete the poem. I think that's what was meant by
"waka". But unfortunately, I don't know any more. Anybody care to elaborate?
