Subject:      Sakura Taisen on JWin95 / Question on Dreamcast

Okay, I've got two questions:

1) Sakura Taisen 1 is coming out on PC for JWin95. Will this _absolutely_
require JWin95? I have the ST1 OST, and the second CD with the cd-extra
part works fine on my computer.

    Maybe a PC release in Japan will eventually turn into a domestic PC
release - but I'm not going to get my hopes up...yet.

2) What regional restrictions (if any) are there on the Dreamcast? (i.e.
inability to play import games)
