Linking PolicyIn the fullness of time, you'll find a selection of fancy graphical banners here that you can use to link to the Gundam Project (hey, everyone's doing it!). But for now, we'll entertain you with a brief discussion of our policy regarding links and reuse of content. How We Link to Other SitesYour host (namely Mark Simmons) is happy to link to other Web sites, whether fan or commercial, if I feel they have something interesting or entertaining to offer. I won't link to sites that offer nothing but scanned images or sampled sounds. Otherwise, give it a shot. I'm also not in the habit of asking permission before linking to other peoples' sites. Forgive me if this seems crass, but to my mind, providing a link to another Web site seems akin to providing a publicly-available phone number. Whenever possible, I'll try to link to the upper levels of a site, and I won't link to a stray frame of a complex page. Sound reasonable? To request a link, or to request that I remove an existing link, drop me a line at scorpio@best.com. How You Can Link to UsWe love it when you link to us. Yep, yessir, absolutely. No need to ask permission. Go crazy. We also get occasional requests to reuse material from this Web site. When it comes to text material - timelines, mobile suit specs, synopses, et cetera - your author (Mark Simmons again) hereby permits you to swipe from the pages of this site. I'd appreciate it if you could send a note to scorpio@best.com and let me know, and I'd like you to throw in a line of credit. However, where images are concerned, I request that you not reuse material from this site. All the art you see on these pages is drawn by yours truly, and I feel a little possessive of it. |
