OVERVIEW:	In the first scene we see the nigthmares of Asuka were she saw her mother commit suicide after her mother was psychologically poisoned after a failed synchronization experiment with an Eva. The neglect of her father and her wish to grow up without the help of others has forced her personality to be arrogant and egotistic. At this point she has entered the menstruction period and that has also affected her synchronization with Eva-02. As her body under goes several changes, she starts to exhibit erratic behavior and start to spark out at Shinji and Rei. It was this time that the 15th angel appeared above earth orbit, unmoving, but Nerv decided to attack, Rei was sent to use a positronic rifle to knock it off orbit when Asuka decided to do that on her own. When Eva-02 was about to fire, the angel attack asuka telephatically, poisoning her psychologically and raping her thoughts. Rei fired her positron rifle but it was deflected by the AT field so what Gendou decided was to use the Ronginu Spear that was pierced at the large entity beneath Nerv and throw it into orbit killing the angel. Asuka suffered psychologically and wasnt able to pilot an Eva again in the TV series until the Movie:Rebirth.
DETAILED SUMMARY:	The scene opens with a young Asuka in a cemetary in Germany, dress in black, she attends the burial of her mother, people around her are talking about her parents and she recalls the day when her mother was isolated in the hospital apparently suffering mental dillusion due to a failed synchronization experiment. Her mother then was embrassing a doll, treating it like her own daughter and talking to the doll as Asuka, her real daughter looks from the room glass outside. The scene goes back to the funeral with a weeping middle age woman saying "Asuka....", Asuka answered coldly " No, I wont cry". Back in the year 2015, all 3 pilots are performing a synchronization harmonic test. Ritsuko asked Asuka "Are you listening? Your synchronization has dropped by 8, try not to think useless thoughts." Asuka answered back "Im doing the best I can!". A worried Maya gazed at Ritsuko, Ritsuko said "Why must her synchronization drops so much, in such a desperate situation like this, okey, lets make the re-construction of Eva-00 a priority above Eva-02, we dont have enough man power to fix both at the same time." Days passed and then we see Misato in the Eva-01 hangar looking at the face of Eva-01 when Makoto arrived and informed her that the mass production of the Eva series, from Eva-05 up to Eva-13 has begun, Makoto suspects that an army of Angels might attack but Misato thinks otherwise and starts having suspicions. Back at the condominium of Misato, the three are having a quiet dinner when Asuka's foster mother called from Germany a bit worried about Asuka. But Asuka answered that she is fine. The next day another synchronization test was performed for Asuka but her synchronization rate keeps falling down now at 12.8 and at mental toxicity level plus 18. Later Misato complains that Asuka is having wild mood swings and was really hurt psychologically when she wasnt able to defeat the last angel and her pride hurt when Shinji defeated it. She hinted that the limit of the three of them living together has been reached. Meanwhile Asuka is in the ladies room, complaining why must she go and suffer menstrution when she has no plans what so ever to have children anyway. "Who needs children anyway" she retorted in her image in the mirror. Asuka headed toward the elevator when she was suprised to find Rei inside, she gave her best snob look and entered. After a long silence, Rei said "If you dont open your heart, the Eva wont respond". Asuka flared and said back "I dont believe this! I am getting pity out from a machine doll like you!". Rei spoke silently "Im not a doll". Asuka hit back "Well fuck you! I bet if the commander ask you to die you will die!" . Rei answered calmly " yes I will". Asuka slapped Rei, the elevator door opens and she went out. Rei looking at Asuka as the door close, after the door close she shouted "I hate you! I hate you! I HATE YOU ALL!". Asuka was in the Eva-02 hangar talking with her robot when the siren alarm sounded and the 15th angel appeared in orbit. Misato ordered that Eva-00 use a positron rifle to knock the angel out of orbit and Asuka waits as back-up. Asuka flared at this order and against Misato's orders launched her Eva-02. Misato said "Okey, do as you wish" while Ritsuko whispered to Maya "A replacement for the Eva-02 pilot is needed". Meanwhile Eva-01 is still grounded under the orders of Gendou. Eva-02 arrived at the surface of Tokyo-3 under heavy rain and coming out beside her Eva is the 20X positron rifle, she aims at the Angel and whispered to herself "If I failed this, I will lose Eva-02, I cant lose, ready Asuka." It was this time the Angel surrounded Eva-02 with light and started raping the thoughts of Asuka. Misato demanded an explanation to the nature of the light but Makoto answered that it is a light at the visible part of the spectrum and an AT field of some sort that cant be analyze. Asuka fired her rifle at random and hit parts of Tokyo-3. Maya informed that Asuka's mental toxicity has surpassed the Y limit and is danger of psychological poisoning. Asuka shouted "Stop! Please stop!" Misato ordered Asuka to retreat to geofront but Asuka said "No! I would rather die here than go back!". Maya shouted "Psychograph has reached its limit!". Misato shouted "Asuka! come back!". Meanwhile Rei prepared to shoot her own positron rifle. She fired but the AT Field of the angel deflected it. Asuka was now in deep pain not physically but emotional as she hears the voice of her dad and as she remembers the suicide of her mother. After the angel has raped her thoughts, she cried and the Eva-02 stopped functioning. Shinji then asked his father to launch Eva-01 but Gendou refused instead she ordered that Rei go to the terminal dogma and use the Longinus Spear to defeat the angel. At first Fuyutsuki objected since they have no permission from Seele to use the spear but Gendou wanted the spear out of Seele's custody and what better chance than this. Misato also objected since this would mean that a 3rd Impact might occur if the Eva touches Adam, but Gendou did not answer Misato's question and Misato started suspecting that the 2nd Impact was not caused by an Angel touching Adam. She then wonders what really caused the it. Rei with her Eva arrived at the terminal dogma and faced a giant white creature nailed to a cross with the spear pierced in the chest. She then grabed the spear and slowly pulled it out. With Asuka now in danger physically after the trauma of telephatic rape, Eva-00 arrived in the surface and hurled the spear into space, this penetrated the AT Field of the angel and the angel was defeated. The spear than went as far as the moon and was caught by the moon's gravity, impossible to be retrieved again. The last scene we see Asuka crying and Shinji trying to comfort Asuka but Asuka said "Get out of here! I cant believe I was saved. It would have been better had I died! I hate you, I hate you all! I HHAAATTTEEEE YYYOOUUU ALL!" Asuka never piloted another Eva Robot again until Evangelion Rebirth part of the movie.
CHECKPOINT:	In this episode we discover that sychronization is combining the nerve impulse of the human pilot and the eva robot, once that synchronization fails, the human mind is polluted psychologically by the nerve impulse of the eva robot and a mental disorder occurs. The drop of Asuka's synchronization is due to her psychological state and also due to the fact that she has entered the menstrution period. A minimum of 12.8 synchronization is necessary to start an Evangelion Robot. The English title Dont Be means "It would have been better had you not been born". A phrase that a parent will never use to their own children. Why the terminal dogma is a lake of LCL is still unknown.
TRIVIA:	Tombstone reads "SORYU KYOKO ZEPPELIN 1974-2005" The voice actress of Asuka has to take German lessons for the international phone scene with her foster mother. The entry plug screen reads "SORYU ASUKA LANGLEY CODE:010001011 SUB:000001001" It was the survellance satellite number 17 that located the 15th angel. The positron rifle used here is a higher version of the 20X rifle used on Episode 5 and 9. The screen reads "OBJECT: EVA-02 LIVE LIFE SUPPORT: PRIORITY MODE PILOT EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE PSYCHOGRAM AT UNSAFE LEVELS" The doll that Asuka was carrying when she was a child was designed by the voice actress who did Asuka.
BLOPPERS:	To all viewers of Evangelion who can understand German, please dont laugh when you hear Asuka starts speaking German in the phone cuz for supposedly native German speaker, she speaks so bad. Notice that the way Eva-02 was launched, the platform was vibrating. this cant happen for a linear system. ( A linear system uses magnets instead of wheels to move) Notice that the spelling at the screen for Asuka was spelled wrong it reads 'PCYCHOGRAM' instead of 'PSYCHOGRAM' It is physically impossible for the Eva-00 to have hurled the spear into orbit and hit jackpot. It is also impossible for the gravity of the moon to have caught the spear. The moon's gravity is 1/6 that of the earth and if the spear was able to escape the gravity of the earth will the 1/6 gravity of the moon stop the spear from escaping into space ?
