The other onmyouji of the story, who may be even more powerful than
Subaru. He is also known as Sakurazukamori, or the "assasin group -
Sakurazukamori", although being called a "group", Sakurazukamori has
always only been one person. Seishirou's illusionary power is associated to sakura petals. His shiki-gami takes the shape of a black eagle. Seishirou directly raises battle against some of the Dragons of Heaven and Kamui. He has also destroyed a kekkai around Nakano Plaza. Seishirou is a crossover character from Tokyo Babylon. Seishirou's right eye is blinded towards the end of TB.
