Welcome to The Vision of Escaflowne Compendium!

This World-Wide Web resource is devoted entirely to the Japanese animation series The Vision of Escaflowne (天空のエスカフローネ) in every aspect -- from its origins conceived by Shouji Kawamori and Sunrise over five years ago to recent or ongoing manga, software, and now movie projects. If you have any questions or comments after perusing this site, please read the Frequently Asked Questions and Fallacies first. The author was in Japan covering the Maaya Sakamoto "Tanabota" Live 1 concert, Akino Arai Live "Falling Platinum" concert, and Wonder Festival 2000 Summer.
