| OVERVIEW: | Misato feeling the years creeping up on her falls in love with Kaji again, her boyfriend back when they were still in the university. It is also this episode that we see for the first time Shinji and his father together to visit the empty grave of his mother who died in the year 2004. On another note Kaji was investigating the deep dark secrets of Nerv in Kyoto and also we see for the first time the kissing of Asuka and Shinji. In the last segment of the episode we saw a giant nailed to a red cross with a spear pierced in its chest. |
