| OVERVIEW: | In this episode, the 3rd Eva robot Eva-02 was introduced and so was its pilot, Asuka Langley. The UN fleet was on its way to deliver the robot when the 6th Angel attacked. The angel attacked because it was looking for what Kaji, a special Nerv agent, was bringing to Japan. Shinji, Misato, Kensuke and Touji was there when the angel struck and with the high spirits of Asuka, she and Shinji entered Eva-02 and went to fight the Angel, it was the first fight under water and the Angel was defeated by a plan of Misato of sinking 2 ships and firing inside the Angel with the help from Eva-02. |
