Temptation of the Maiden is Kintaro's second adventure in this six OAV series, and also one of the most funny and frustrating.  You really feel for Kintaro as he is teased and taunted by Naoko Katsuda, but, in true Kintaro fashion, he always turns out on top.  This adventure begins in a house with Kintaro standing there waiting for some special liquor.  He looks up and sees an " angel ". Which later we find out is Naoko Katsuda. She leaves Kintaro standing there, grinning from ear to ear.  Kintaro, still reeling from her beauty is " turned around " from the lady he was waiting for.  He takes the liquor and makes his way outside where he " rights " hisself.  He learned something right now.  In his words " Today's lesson: The human head cannot turn 360 degrees. "          Kintaro has landed a job working for Naoko's father, Juzo Katsuda.  He is running for a third term as Major and Kintaro is part of his campaign team.  He runs errands and things like that.  Katsuda is so powerful, the local Yakuza works for him.  Money of course is involved and bribes are thrown out all over the place.  In the main campaign office, Kintaro overhears the Katsuda's maid saying that she couldn't work that day because for kid was sick.  Of course, Kintaro was all too willing to work in her place...and see Naoko again. As he's thinking this, one of his co-workers takes him off to the side and tells him a story about Naoko and how her father is so over-protective of her which would make anybody think twice about touching her ( A classmate of her's stole her panties one time...and got thrown in a lake with concrete shoes on...^_^;;;).     So, Kintaro starts cleaning the Katsuda's house in , where else, the bathroom and more specificly, the toilet.  As he starts to imagine Naoko's ample bottom sitting on the throne, she ( Naoko ) interupts him.  He is so surprised, he takes a quick dip into the bowl and looks back her gulping down a nice gulp of toilet water ( Eck...).  He explains that he is filling in for the maid and goes to wipe his face, but Naoko tells him not to use the towel in the bathroom.  She takes him to her room where she gives him a towel.  Kintaro scopes out her room, and soon discovers she is stripping right in front of him ( told you, luckiest guy! ) !!!  He asks what she is doing and she calmly replys that she is just changing and continues to do so.  Kintaro is taken back by this and wishes he had eyes in the back of his head...luckily...he does.  He notices a mirror right in front of him.  He ponders if Naoko knows how men think of women with sexual intent.  Meanwhile, Naoko is taking all this in as she thinks men are funny for pretending they really are noble while thinking dirty thought inside.  She reaches out to Kintaro ( in her panties and bra btw ) asking if he is ok ( Kintaro is beet red at this point ).  She lurks forward more and finally Kintaro cant take anymore and runs away.  Naoko relaxing on her bed says to herself      " Frow now on, you'll be my personal toy, Mr. Prevert. "    Kintaro resumes his work on Katsuda's campaign, putting up signs and posters.  Things of that sort.  As chance would have it, he is working right where Naoko walks home from school.  She sees him and goes to work.  She approaches him apologizing for what happened the last time they met.  Kintaro, of course, mind much.  Naoko then falls thinking to herself " I'm falling right where I planned, my bouncing breasts will fall right into your hands. " Which it does.  Kintaro is shcoked to discover; 1) She is not wearing a bra and 2) her breast size is really 83cm and she is also a C cup.  She then places his hand on her butt, where ( of course ) she has no panties on.  Kintaro freaks even more ( you REALLY should see this part ) noticing she doesn't have any panties on.  She then right herself and hands Kintaro a note saying to meet her at her house later that night and runs off.   Later at Naoko's house, Kintaro asks with she wanted to see him for.  She sits on her bed, wearing a really loose shirt, and is reluctent to tell him.  Kintaro thinks she might be asking to be taught about sex ( yeah right...).  She finally works up the courage to ask him to...help her with her math problems. ( --_-- ).  Kintaro being the nice guy is, helps her out and suggests he become her permanent tutor. She accepts knowing she has Kintaro in her trap.  So, the days drag on with Kintaro working on Naoko's father's campaign and tutoring Naoko.  She teases him constantly by not wearing bras, exposing her pantie drawer, things of that sort.  One night, Naoko asks Kintaro to wait for her while she goes into the other room, she makes him wait for while then opens the door...Kintaro is astounded to see her in a fullfigure red bathing suit ( see the title picture above ).  Kintaro can't concentrate and she knows this.  She goes on about her having Kintaro in the palm of her hand.  Later in the night, she notices Kintaro's notebook and wonders if he ever wrote anything about her in there.  She plays off fainting on him and slips his notebook away from him.  Later that night, she reads his notebook, and doesn't like what she sees.  It turns out Kintaro saw right through her!  Stating " ...is it a father complex?  I shall help her with my love. "  This doesn't sit too well with Naoko as she realizes she's been the one sitting in Kintaro's hand the entire time.    The next day, we find out that Mayor Katsuda has been elected for his third term, but Kintaro doesn't care for this as he searches for his notebook.  Later in Naoko's room, he continues his search, finally asking her if she had seen it.  She responds with a " ...I wouldn't know. " She sits up, takes a pair of scissors and begins to cut away at her shirt, bra, and skirt.  She then hands the scissors to Kintaro and promptly screams at the top of her lungs!  Kintaro is shocked as her father and his men come racing in.  She says that Kintaro busted in her window and cut her clothes to shreds!  She is confident as she thinks Kintaro will grovel and beg for forgiveness like all the other men before him, but again he turns the tables.  He reaches out and takes her softly in his arms and kisses her softly and yells out to her dad " Mr. Katsuda! I love your daughter Naoko!!! "  Katsuda then sends his men to beat up Kintaro who puts up no fight.  Naoko is left to sit and ponder if Kintaro really does love her. After for what seems forever for her ( and Kintaro getting his butt beat down ), she stops them and covers Kintaro. She then apologizes for everything she has done to him.    Early the next day, Kintaro is being lead out of town by Mr. Katsuda.  Kintaro doesn't regret one moment of his time in the town saying that he has learned a lot.  He then sees Naoko with his notebook in hand.  She gives it back to him and asks him to come back to her again soon.  She also asks that when he does, he take her virginity.  She kisses him on the chick and runs off thinking about all that Kintaro has done for her.  She realizes she did have a father complex and says she will work on becoming a better person because of Kintaro.  Kintaro rides off and pauses to check his book where he finds Naoko's number and a pair of her panties.  A true tease right to the end ^_^.     * Review *  I told you this episode was a frustrating one.  Naoko is a master tease in all senses of the word.  I found myself yelling at Kintaro to just jump on her and...well, you get the picture.  This was a very funny episode.  Of course, the animation was smooth and the Goldengirl ( the main woman character in each episode ) in this one was HOT!  Kintaro's faces and expressions just get better and better. Once again, both the dubbed and subbed version of this episode was just too funny.  Kintaro's english voice actor is just way funny.  Great job Doug.  I also applaud the english voice actress of Naoko ( Allison Keith ). She also plays Misato Kusanagi in  the dubbed         " Neon Genesis Evangelion. "  I rate this #4 out of the six OAVs.  This was one funny episode.
