She is blind
and of the size of a young girl although she has lived for
many years already. She cannot speak, hear or see, but she directly
"talks" into your brain. She is a dreamgazer who tells the future for the political individuals in the basement of the Diet building in Tokyo. She is constantly urging Kamui to join the Seals to save the earth. She can enter other people's dreams. Hinoto gathers the Dragons of Heaven while her sister, Kanoe, gathers the Dragons of Earth. The word Hinoto, in the onmyoujyutsu belief in the Japanese religion, is related to "fire".
