Yuuto Kigai

One of the persons with supernatural power gathered on Kanoe's side. Surprisingly enough, he works as a civil servant. His looks seem gentle and cheerful, but underneath that smile of his is his cold-bloodedness when he kills. In the manga, Yuuto is the first of the seven Angels to "officially" appear. His first fight was against Sorata Arisugawa in the manga. He uses a weapon that has two shape hands with a rope attached between them.
