A lively Kansai
boy from Osaka who is in his 2nd year of High school, the one raised by the famous "Stargazer of Kouya" Stargazer Chuu at Mt. Kouya. Grandpa Stargazer, as Sora-chan calls him, took him away from his parents when he was only three because Sorata was born as one of the "Seven Stars of the sky", for the sake of protecting the Earth. "Sora" in Japanese means "sky", and it appears in the first part of Sorata's name. Grandpa Chuu also foretold him that he was destined to die for the woman he loves. Sorata knows that Grandpa's stargazing has never been wrong, therefore he prefers choosing to die for a beautiful woman. And he made up his mind on Arashi Kishuu. Sorata's power can even rival the founder of Kouya. The kekkai he creates takes the shape of a cube.
